Saturday
Today, gotta report at 7.30am for CCA orientation, set up the instruments at 8.20am cus the sec 1s are coming at 8,30am. Not even a minute of warming up.. or anything cus there's no time for it. NCDCC skid was really funny, i love it, hahas. After other CCA performed its the band's turn, we played March Blue Sky and Cry Of The Falcon. After that, the different sections in the band was introduced and they played their soli, i played the drumset solo, my leg was kinda stiff when i start off cus i dint warm up, could've sound better but its over. Do give some comments on my solo if u guys heard it, i wanna improve on it. Thanks!
It was really hard to get sec 1s to try the drumset, they were all very shy. Im quite irritated today also but always keeping a smile.
I really had fun with the Kashiwa and RiverValley bandsmen on Saturday =) RV and Yuhua reported early to welcome our guest from Kashiwa Municipal, Japan. RV, Yuhua and Kashiwa percussion met up together and we started off by warming up our hands with strokes, we also exchanged our strokes and introduced ourselves in japanese Eg. WATASHI WA CHEN HUI DES XD Then we went for sectional with instruments, we played a piece which the Kashiwa people gave us and thats when i get to know Suzuko Chiba, the bass player, she's a very nice and patient person, she taught me how to play the bass drum =)

After sectional, RV and Yuhua both took turns to perform for Kashiwa. I cant really remember the sequence of what we did, LOLs. After we get over and done with the performance, we had our lunch, Nesi lemak -.- We got our stomachs filled, we then played games for like so many hours, hahas. We played Musical Chair (which i won.. Thankyou thankyou, muacks muacks! LOLS)hehe games like A E I O U was really funny and Mastermind.. and a lot more which i dont know what its called.

After the game, everyone was told to get our ice cream from the ice cream man then we had our dinner (ITS DELICIOUS) and thats when i met the 3 girls who's fond of me, they were really cute but as you know.. i've already got a sweetheart who's even much more better =) Dinner's over, the Kashiwa performed ensembles and dances as a farewell on that night.

Monday
Kashiwa gave a performance for Yuhua students, it was excellent. But the 'backstage work' is tiring. One of the jap girl who carried a big box(Instrument) with 3 other kashiwa girls fell down the stairs, its gotta hurt T_T Before they came, Yuhua's Leaders, Section leaders and percussion helped out with the chairs, stands and instruments. The performance was excellent but it doesnt sound as good as the one in Esplanade cus' its in open space, but they're still great. After the performance, its time to say byebye to Kashiwa, i guess its gonna be the last time my batch and i will be seeing them, really hope to have another exchange, im gonna miss 'em bad =( *sigh*



Seems right.. but feels so wrong, i wonder what the hell is going on..
